Pro-Tracker Archery™ Terms and Conditions
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have a receipt or proof of purchase. Items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as costs to repair or replace items. Please call customer service at 208-356-0657 or 801-608-0190, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
Please be assured that your items will ship out within 7 days of purchase. (Promotions may be excluded from this timeframe. See “Promotions. & Reviews” for more details.) We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carrier typically used is FedEx, but please note that we may use U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) in order to provide better shipping to our customers.
Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you return merchandize you will be solely responsible for the shipping and handling. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
