We offer 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on any unopened and unused merchandize. Please call customer service at 208-356-0657 or 801-608-0190, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 7 days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carrier typically used is FedEx, but please note that we may use U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) in order to provide better shipping to our customers.  

Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you return merchandize you will be solely responsible for the shipping and handling. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
