As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a multi-talented E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist to take over a dynamic role that blends online store management, creative marketing, customer service, and operational coordination.
 
Job Summary:
The E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist plays a central role in maintaining and growing Pro-Tracker’s digital presence, managing our WooCommerce-based store, developing and executing marketing content, providing customer support, and overseeing operational logistics such as tradeshow coordination and vendor reporting.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
E-Commerce & Website Management
    • Manage and update our WooCommerce store hosted on WordPress
    • Add new products, keep listings up to date, optimize SEO, and ensure smooth functionality on both the main website and our Ebay store
    • Process and fulfill all online orders using Shippo, including shipping label generation and inventory management
    • Personally deliver larger shipments to the post office or UPS as needed
    • Ensure product availability by submitting daily inventory reports to Tractor Supply (Monday–Friday only; holidays and weekends excluded)
 
Creative & Content Marketing
    • Photograph products for use across e-commerce and marketing channels
    • Design brochures, graphics, packaging, and sales materials
    • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for product demonstrations and marketing campaigns
    • Create and schedule engaging posts across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
    • Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to build awareness and credibility
    • Ensure all content reflects and reinforces Pro-Tracker’s brand voice and values across all platforms
 
Email and SMS Marketing
    • Design and schedule email campaigns through Constant Contact, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates
    • Create and setup drip campaigns for SMS marketing through 
    • Write clear, engaging copy that aligns with brand messaging
    • Manage subscriber lists and monitor campaign performance
 
Customer Support
    • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries: answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle messages on social platforms
    • Resolve customer issues with a positive and solutions-oriented approach
    • Maintain accurate customer communication records
 
Dealer Support & Order Fulfillment
    • Communicate with potential dealers, provide necessary materials, and guide them through the sign-up process
    • Process and ship dealer orders accurately and on time
    • Maintain strong relationships with dealers by ensuring consistent communication and reliable service
 
Tradeshow & Event Coordination
    • Organize company participation in industry tradeshows and expos
    • Coordinate with event organizers through show-specific portals
    • Submit necessary documents (certificates of insurance, electrical orders, etc.)
    • Arrange shipping logistics with booth vendors and trucking companies
 
Analytics & Reporting
    • Track website traffic, sales data, email performance, and social media engagement
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to help guide content and marketing decisions
    • Use tools such as Google Analytics, WooCommerce reporting, and Constant Contact analytics to inform strategies
 
Product Assembly & Fulfillment
    • Build and assemble products, specifically the Recovery System
    • Assemble the handheld receiver and pair it with the radio-frequency tracker
    • Prepare and package the complete product case, ensuring it is ready to ship upon order
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing a WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platform
  • Strong understanding of WordPress, including adding and managing product listings
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with product photography and video editing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms
  • Comfortable with occasional after-hours responsibilities during trade show seasons
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
 
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
  • Experience working with retailers like Tractor Supply or similar vendor platforms
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach and collaboration tools
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for website troubleshooting
  • Background in outdoor, hunting, or sporting goods industries
