Accurate and Precision-Made

I have the 125-grain BadBoys on carbon arrows. My bow is a Bear Element from a few years ago, set at 60 lbs., but shoots well and is reliable. I took several shots (using regular arrows with no Bad Boys) at my foam target and noted the location of the impact points, using field tips only. I then installed the BadBoys and re-installed the field points. This obviously adds a lot of extra weight, BUT the increased diameter of the extruded BadBoy compensates for the heavier effect by raising the arrow trajectory. To my surprise, the arrows hit exactly where they did in the first round of shots. I was impressed that Gary took time to call me in response to some questions I had. This helped me know WHAT to expect, and WHY it was happening. The Bad Boys hit with a LOT of force and inertia. I can see these things sailing right through a deer here in Ohio, making recovery easy and kills more humane and effective. On the downside, I sometimes had a little trouble keeping the BadBoy on the rest when drawing back my bow, but this is more about me being out of practice after a long winter. I’m sure after a summer of target shooting, I’ll be busting these things out with ease. I am impressed by the product, but even more so by the people/company. Good support. Good technology. Good quality. Now I need to get some that are even heavier (200-grain?) and take my crossbow to the next level as well! Thanks ProTracker!
Solid product, work as intended

Got Bad Boys from ProTracker during a holiday promo. They make a solid product. The machining is good and the parts look aesthetically pleasing too. I used them a little (don’t have much time these days) and they are easy to figure out and shoot good. I was hitting same spot as with the field tips alone. These things are larger o.d. than arrow, by design, so they aim a little higher to make up for the extra weight. They work as intended.
Helped with stabilization

These helped me stabilize my shots out to 70 yards. I am impatiently waiting for archery season to text the effectiveness on penetration. Will continue to test until September.
