Refund policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have a receipt or proof of purchase. The Pro-Tracker Recovery System has a 25% restocking fee for all returns. Please call customer service at 208-356-0657 or 801-608-0190, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. All holiday and promotional sales are final.
