Pro-Tracker accessories are patented and built for longevity and excellent flight characteristics. However, they can be a bit unique or unusual to some hunters and archers.
In order to make sure you get the most out of your arrows, we provide these helpful steps to properly install our accessories.
Insert collar on to shaft. It will be loose on the shaft. Do not glue yet.
Apply glue on the narrow stem section of the insert.
Slide stem into shaft until it stops. Allow glue to set.
Apply glue on the outside of the shaft and the area of the insert before it widens. The area glued should be no larger than the collar itself. Slide the collar into place until it rests flush with the insert. Allow glue to set.
Once properly glued, the finished product should look like this.
To properly and securely screw in a field point or broadhead on any Friction Grip insert, firmly press the threaded stem of the point into the insert, and while applying light pressure, screw in a clockwise manner.
Due to the secure grip of the internal o-ring, applying pressure will be necessary for the threads to meet up. If it doesn’t work on the first try, just back off the point and try again.
